Our GP Patient Survey Results

We are really pleased to have received our results from this year’s national survey of GP patients. The survey is one of the ways we engage with patients, and we use the information it provides to help us improve the services we provide. Sothall had quite low satisfaction rates at how easy it was to contact the practice in 2023. We are delighted this has increased by 17% this year. The overall satisfaction rate also increased, and we are delighted that 95% of patients reported their needs were met on their last visit; this is above national averages. We will soon report on our next steps including the roll out of our online services in September.
