What is a Patient Forum?

Sothall Patient Forum

We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff.

The practice has a patient forum to help improve communication with our patients. It meets once every 2 months and any registered patient is welcome to come along.

Please see the News section of this website, our Facebook page or Twitter page for details of the next meeting.

If you would like to register your interest in our patient forum please use the link on the right side of this page.  We will be in touch shortly after we receive your form.  Please note that no medical information or questions will be responded to.
