Hi,

My name is Dr Laura Smy, I qualified from The University of Sheffield in 2008 and have worked in the local area ever since, including here at Sothall Medical Centre in 2013/4 where I worked as a GP Trainee.  My medical special interests are child health, mental health, women’s/sexual health and cardiovascular disease. I’m also interested in how general practice works behind the scenes at a policy level. I live locally in Sheffield with my husband and 6 year old son.

I am looking forward to working alongside colleagues at Sothall Medical Centre.
