Patient Reminder

We have seen a recent increase in negative attitudes towards our staff. We have had patients shouting, swearing, and becoming increasingly aggressive both over the telephone and in person. Although I do want to add this is a minority, this is still unacceptable and will not be tolerated by our practice.
Our staff are here to help and will always try to be as polite and helpful as possible, even during difficult times.
We appreciate patients’ frustrations if we can’t always offer an appointment or if the telephone waiting times are high. However, this does not excuse this type of behaviour and our staff are working harder than ever to meet our patients needs.
We are continually trying to improve our service. We currently have more clinical staff than ever, we have a implemented a new telephone system with a call back option which has received great feedback from our patients and we offer none urgent online access via
