Patient Information – Monday Mornings

As most of you will already know Monday is usually our busiest day at the surgery, therefore we are asking if your call is not urgent that you call us later in the week.
We seem to receive a large number of general calls on a Monday morning that could be dealt with at another time.
In particular if you’re calling to discuss none urgent blood results with a doctor please could you call later in the week.

We believe this would help keep patients telephone waiting times to a minimum and allow us to provide the best possible service to those patients that need it.

However if you are unwell and do need to speak / see a doctor please do not put this off.
