New App Launched To Support Better Emotional Health

The new myStrength Emotional Wellbeing app supports your journey to better emotional health.
 
This is a free app available from the App Store or Google Play, simply search for ‘Teladoc myStrength App’, it is for patients aged 16 and above that provides a personalised programme that helps with sleep, anxiety, depression and more.
 
Open the app and follow the set up prompts – please use access code: southyorkshirewellness
