It’s Nice To Be Nice
We have seen an increase in negativity towards our staff from a small number of patients, both on the telephone and via social media.
We would like to remind patients that our staff work tirelessly to answer calls, deal with queries, see, and speak to patients. Last week alone our reception team answered 1483 calls and so far, this week (figures for Monday and Tuesday) have already dealt with 739 calls.
Demand is currently extremely high, and we appreciate patients’ frustrations if we can’t always offer an appointment when requested but please be assured are staff are working harder than ever to meet our patients needs.
We appreciate that telephone waiting times can also be high which is why we ask if you’re able to order repeat prescriptions online please do so.
