We are having an upgrade of our IT system Tuesday, January 21st, 10am-12 noon. During this time we will have no access to our clinical system which may impact on the service we are able to provide you.
Unfortunately are we not able to request a specific time or day for the upgrade to take place and the time frame is subject to change.
We do however know that we could be without a system for between 20 minutes to 2 hours.
If the upgrade takes place during normal surgery hours as planned we will continue to have appointments and aim to keep patient impact to a minimum.
You will still be able to get through on the phones however we will have no system to book an appointment or to order your prescriptions. We will therefore be taking details to call patients back once we are up and running. Please bear this in mind and try and only contact us during this time if urgent.
