Friends & Family Test

Hallam and South Locality GP practices want patients to have the best possible experience of care. The NHS Friends and Family Test is a way of gathering patient’s feedback; this enables us to review our service.

It is based on one simple question: “How likely are you to recommend us to friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment?” Your feedback will help us learn more about what you think of your experience and what you liked and what areas you think we could improve on.

We appreciate all feedback and if you wish to take part in this survey please complete one of the information cards available on reception at both surgeries.
