Face Masks Now Required
Following on from the decision by Sheffield Teaching Hospital to reintroduce face masks, we at Sothall Medical Centre have also made the decision to ask staff, patients, and visitors to wear a face mask (unless exempt) when attending the surgery.
Masks will be available just inside the entrance for anyone who does not have a face mask with them.
This decision hasn’t been taken lightly and has been made due to an increase in positive Covid cases.
We have also seen an increase in positive cases within our staff and to keep the surgery open we feel that for now, this is a necessary step.
The door will however remain unlocked, and all measures are under constant review.
We would like to thank our patients for your support and hope you can understand the reasons for this decision.
