Easter and May Day Bank Holidays 2019

PATIENT INFORMATION

Sothall Medical Centre will be closed for the Bank Holidays on the following dates;

Easter

Closed – Friday 19th and Monday 22nd 2019

Re-opens – Tuesday 23rd April 2019 at 8.30 am

May Day

Closed – Monday 6th May 2019

Re-opens- Tuesday 7th May 2019 at 8.30 am

We are also closed from 12pm Wednesday 15th May for staff training.

Baby clinic will also be closed on this occasion. Reception will reopen at 4.30pm for urgent appointments only, our telephones however will remain closed until the following morning. Please contact 111 for any same day problems or 999 for medical emergencies.
