Covid Vaccinations Update

Children aged 12 to 15 years with specific underlying health conditions will be offered two doses of the Pfizer vaccine. If your child is eligible you will be contacted by the NHS.
 
Children aged 12 to 15 who live with someone who is immunosuppressed will also be offered two doses of the Pfizer vaccine. These immunosuppressed patients should have been contacted by the surgery with further information.
If you believe you are immunosuppressed and have a household contact aged 12-15 but haven’t yet heard from us please call our reception team on 0114 2284900.
