Repeat Prescriptions

Prescriptions will be issued for the usual period (usually 28 days in most cases). However to reduce the surgeries workload in the next few weeks, we have been advised to electronically send a second repeat prescription for dispensing in 4 weeks time to your nominated pharmacy.
Please phone your pharmacy a week before you run out so they can prepare your medication and advise you when it will be ready for collection.
Please be aware that the chemists are dealing with increased demand, sometimes with less staff in these difficult times.
